F-303Fees & moneyReviewed 2026

How should I pay the fee?

Short answer

To the institution’s own bank account, against a receipt in the institution’s name. Never in cash to a person.

Fees paid into an individual’s account, or handed over in cash, are effectively unrecoverable and leave you with nothing to show that you paid.

A legitimate institution has no difficulty issuing a receipt in its own name.

Important. Never pay an agent in cash, and never share an OTP with anyone for any reason.

What to check

  • Check the account name matches the institution exactly before transferring.
  • Keep every receipt, and the advertisement or fee schedule you relied on.
