Can I do two programmes at the same time?
Short answer
Sometimes — UGC has permitted certain dual-programme combinations, but the rules are specific and institution-dependent.
This has changed in recent years and the position is not uniform across institutions. What is allowed in principle is not always permitted by a particular university’s own regulations.
Doing two demanding programmes simultaneously is a completion risk regardless of whether it is permitted.
Important. Do not assume this is allowed because someone told you it is. Confirm with both institutions.
